Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Sorta Kinda Music will only provide a refund or exchange a ticket if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by Sorta Kinda Music (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated, please apply for a refund by the earlier of one week after notification of the reschedule or relocation; If you do not request a refund by that date, you will have agreed to the reschedule or relocation and will not be entitled to claim a refund;

2. If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated by Sorta Kinda Music, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges unless otherwise notified at time of purchase). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Sorta Kinda Music will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses;

We reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists, performers, or vary advertised programs, prices, venue and audience capacity.

Admission to the event is subject to the the following terms unless otherwise specified:

1. You may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where the event organisers or Venue has reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions or the Venue’s terms, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others.

2. You may not be permitted to take into the event, or use, cameras or other photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones). Please note that flash photography within the sound room is not permitted at this event.

3. By attending the event, you and each attendee in your group acknowledge and agree that you each may be filmed and/or recorded and you each give permission to Sorta Kinda Music, and the Venue to use your image, likeness and voice obtained at the event in all media throughout the world for any purpose and without any compensation.

Authenticity and validity of tickets

1. Entry to the event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including because the ticket has been used or flagged as being used, or has not been purchased from Sorta Kinda Music or other authorised points of sale.

1. Tickets may be transferred, please advise Sorta Kinda Music prior to undertaking any transfer. 

2. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services without prior permission by Sorta Kinda Music. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticket holder of the ticket may be refused admission. Sorta Kinda Music will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such action.

Tickets will be emailed to your nominated email address. 

System Errors

While Sorta Kinda Music takes all reasonable care to ensure that tickets are correctly priced and only available for sale when intended, sometimes errors may occur. Sorta Kinda Music may cancel an order made as a result of any such error, although in the case of a pricing error Sorta Kinda Music will endeavour to contact you to give you the option of purchasing the ticket at the correct price.

General Terms and Event Etiquette

1. Treat your fellow party goers as friends - this is an inclusive event, help create a safe and fun space for all to enjoy. 

2. Please arrive early to enjoy all of the amazing artists sets. 

3. Make sure you have your tickets ready for scanning and know the person's name who bought your tickets in case there are scanning issues. 

4. Make sure you get a wrist band on entry after scanning your ticket. Wrist bands will not be re-issued. 

5. All entry ticket scans must be completed before 8pm please so that our door team get to have a boogie too. 

6. There is street parking near the venue, please be considerate of any neighbours by not parking over driveways and keeping noise down at night. 

7. Get ready to dance and have fun!
